This is just the Torchwood logo from the shows Doctor Who and Torchwood as a background for the Pip-Boy Readius I just got this idea from seeing the Sci-Fi backgrounds mod and I thought "HMM why don't they have a background for the greatest sci-fi ever? (You can't deny that a series that's been running for 50 years is great!) WELP to bad for them I'm now gonna make one." And a very long time a few tutorials and a LOT of guessing on opacity later HERE WE ARE.

Oh yeah you should back up your screenglare.dds just in case this SOMEHOW breaks. (which, knowing me and my luck, I wouldn't doubt.)
