A lot more "Extreme" version of BVA.
Increases Game Difficulty to a more Insane, and Profound level, and gaining two, and even three times the difficulty with the Hard and Very Hard Difficulties.

Features
Percentage Modifiers:

  • Enemy Health Increased by 80%
  • Enemy DT / DR Increased by 70%
  • Enemy Attack Damage Increased by 45%
  • Addiction Percentages modified, so that you'll be addicted to substances more easily.

Additions:

  • Spawn Rates Increased, Empty Spaces filled with enemies (12% Done)
  • Enemies without DT or DR given a Tier of DT and DR Actor Effect based on level and Base HP
  • All Enemies WILL NOT run away from you anymore, and if they feel matched or overwhelmed, will run towards nearby allies
  • All Enemies WILL attack you on sight if they're not a Coyote defending their home, and will love to swarm you and your companions
  • Any and all perks that modify Faction Reputation such as Animal Friend has been taken out of the game to increase difficulty
  • Aid Items such as Stimpaks, Rad-X, RadAway, Med-X/Morphine, Jet, Dixon's Jet, Ultra Jet, Psycho, Slasher, and many more Drugs and Consumables have been decreased in effectiveness by 40 - 80%

Coming Soon:
Doctors will no longer be able to heal your addiction, and you'll have to maintain it with Fixer, or eventually let it kill you.
Doctors will no longer reduce your radiation levels
