A small mod I made so that I could start the game with better weapons and a small quantity of ammo. The sniper rifle is modified as it's gun skill is lowered, it's damage is lowered and is worth a lot less, making it more lore-friendly for the beginning of the game. The mod also comes with a normal 9mm pistol and combat knife.

The trunk is in Doc Mitchell's House in the location shown in the screenshot. (On the shelf to the right of the fireplace)

INSTALL:
Just place .esp in the data folder and activate in NM, FOMM or Data Files in Game Launcher
