A mechanic use to live here and now he's giving the apartment to you cause he died of natural causes theres stuff for you that you can use in hardcore mode and is not my best cause this is my first home thingy and if you have enclave vault mod there would be some power armor there but its not recommended unless you want some good detail in the

(STORY) (NOT A QUEST)
The mechanic has gone some strange things in his house he uses some tools to fix things but died from a accident, eating potato crisps and died but got resurrect and then when he woke up he heard a gunshot and went to check it out but died getting shot multiple times from the khans his body is never found and will be found maybe i dont know and then had fixed things from his house some from vaults and has a bunch of sources he's the best mechanic in the world (which some people say) and then died cause nobody know and they didnt even knew he lived there which was strange cause theres a nuka cola in the back and people didnt notice and people dont go there but you (and i really mean you) take his place fill his dream of fixing guns and a mystery that would never be solve his body......... TO BE CONTINUE.......(trips on soapbox) crap
(LOCATIONS)
Theres locations and reports of enclave and there nearby going near the Yangtze memorial you hear shooting between enclave and brotherhood of steel and there both expermients fighting where they can fight with no trouble near the tipped over blue thingy.
