Adds a new weapon, a gatling laser that fires alien projectiles! Correct alien sounds and new textures and mesh included!

About
Basically, what you'll be getting is a minigun like weapon that fires alien projectiles. It's much like the gatling laser but retextured, and utilizes a backpack-less mesh. (All stats are compared to gatling laser.) The base damage has been raised by 5, to 15. Weight increased by 2, and strength requirement by 1. It fires blue alien projectiles, and has alien sounds. It's powered by Alien Power Cells so the ammo on the weapon has been given a new texture. It cannot be modified.
Other Features
Because Alien Power Cells are so scarce in the Mojave Wastes, there are three containers, with custom texture, including 1200 Alien Power Cells that respawn every three days. They're at the following locations: The hanger at Callville Bay, the unmarked Alien Crash Site, and the broken crane part in Quarry Junction.
Location
The Alien Gatling Blaster can be found in the deathclaw mothers den in Quarry Junction.

Oh hey there... I haven't modded in a while and because I see this as my best mod I'd like you (whoever you may be, who happens to be reading this) to give me some ideas on how I can improve this mod. Shoot me some ideas in the comments if you happen to stumble upon this
