When trying to talk to Dr.Henry he will just say some random stuff ("keep your head down there might be snipers" or something like that) and you cant open the dialogue and talk to Dr.Henry. it gets really annoying when you have a quest to do and you need to talk to Dr.Henry but his dialogue isnt available because its bugged. this bug fix will prevent it happening

just drop the file to your games data folder or use NMM
