This wasteland bandit is LORE friendly, difficult to kill and adds a new challenge to the game (USE THIS MOD WITH WARNING AS QUEST NPC'S CAN DIE)

"The Wasteland Bandit is out there. He can't be bargained with. He can't be reasoned with. He doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And he absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead."
This NPC will spawn somewhere around 155 trading post and will hunt you down throughout the whole game, He is almost impossible to kill and he will kill anything he sees this including (Quest NPCs etc) So use this mod carefully.
This mod also adds unique armour and a unique weapon if you manage to kill the Bandit.
Be careful when Waiting, most likely if you wait he will spawn next to you.
