It's located closely to the main gate leading into the Sierra Madre casino itself, so it will obviously conflict with any mods that make use of the door and/or area in the immediate vicinity of the safehouse.
A small room in the Sierra Madre Villa, complete luxury bedding, personal television and terminal and en-suite bathroom complete with complementary skeletal corpse. This little safehouse has plenty of storage and space for your fancy stay in the exclusive Sierra Madre resort, it even has it's own small backstory on the the terminal in the bedroom - giving you a glimpse into the past of the Sierra Madre and giving a briefdescription of the story without spoiling the story.
Overall, I was really pleased with how my first mod, Goodsprings player home, came out and I was really excited to see that it had far more downloads and endorsements than I thought it would have gotten, so I gave yet another shot at modding in a safehouse for the player in the Sierra Madre Villa - there are a heck of a lot of them already present, but there's still not quite enough for my tastes.
