This mod adds a shack on the overhang above the Broc Flower Cave entrance. It is very small, and contains the following:

-A bedroll
-Usable sandbag bench
-Decorative objects (a motorcycle, static hunting rifle, cloth walls and a spotlight)

Notes:

-This mod is and will always be Forever Free.

-There will usually be hostile enemies near the shack. It is best to clear them out.

-If you can see through the walls, this is not a glitch. The stairs are part of an interior piece, and thus do not have outside texturing.
