This mod adds a small trading post-style house near the 188 Trading Post. The house features:

-Drinkable water (through a water valve).
-An useable campfire, underneath the cooking Brahmin.
-A bedroll to sleep on.
-A few stools to sit on, along with a table.
-A Raider Arclight Helmet
-(Static) weapons for decoration, along with a static windmill, protectrons, and a static water tank.

The point of this mod is to add a home that is in a convenient and safe location near vendors.

Notes:

-The weapons were purposefully static to prevent an unbalanced game.

-No NPC vendors are added-this home is meant to be yours only. However, due of the house's proximity to the 188, NPCs may attempt to use the house's usable features.

-This mod is, and will always be, Forever Free.

-This is also my first uploaded mod.
