Steve is a very simple trader with only the most basic of dialogue.
I made him simply by following a guide done by Jokerine.

You can find him by the deserted shack north of the188 trading post.

He sports an assortment of odds and ends. Some of which you’d normally need to use console commands to aquire.

Nothing – I repeat NOTHING-  in this mod was ported from Fallout 3 or elsewhere. Everything can be found in the game files. Some of it is Cut-Content. Other things are Legacy-Content.

As for version 2.0 I added a custom built AM rifle to his inventory. This weapon was originally made for Fallout 3 by Za1zeR. He kindly allowed me to port it to New Vegas.

Version 3.0 incorporates 2 outfits by Sinblood as well as a few extra odds and ends dug from the dungeons of cut- and legacy content. 
Sinbloods and Rasanas original readmes are provided as a document within the .rar file.

Version 4.0 adds another couple of outfits by Sinblood. SteamJunk goggles - both Female and Male versions. And his fantastic Velvet Rose underewear made available by ChochoFr. Only Non-Bnb for now though.

Version 4.5 - I've added my 2 deliciously spiced - and rather explosive- steaks to his inventory. Schematics are in a safe somewhere in the prison yard. Out in the open.
