These are two separate .esps that can be used with a game that is using both the Tales of Two Wasteland and DUST mods.

Both DUST and Tale of Two Wastelands are required for these mods.

The perk overhaul mod takes the TTW perks, as well as the remaining FONV DLC perks and makes them work like the perks changed for DUST.

The DUSTy Weather mod simply ports the DUST weather condition to the Capital Wasteland.

Both of these are not perfect.  Just something I put together for my own use and decided to upload here.

Use at your own risk.

To install.  Just unzip and drop the .esps in your data directory.  In your load order.  These mods should be right below DUST in your load order.
