This mod provides over 50 items for modders to use in their own work.
The items fall into three categories:
1) Vanilla Items on which I've changed the havok to static. I change the havok on items that I use for activators, containers, statics, clutter, etc. because it gives me an item that doesn't move once it is placed in the gameworld.

2) New items created from vanilla items sorted by havok
There is an esp available for you to go see the new statics (didn't include clutter versions of items). coc into llamashowroom to see them.
Statics:
- A small Giddyup Buttercup figurine
- Coffee mug with pencils in it
- 2 different dinner plates with food on them
- small wooden spoon
- HotelDesk02 with the legs removed
- Metal Box reshaped to be long and short (like a big shirt box)
- Metal Box reshaped to be square and has no handles
- Metal Box reshaped to look like a canister and a short version of that
- Planter01 reshaped to be square
- Small wooden spoon
- Ramen Bowl retextured with vanilla texture and either empty or with pinyon nuts in it
- Flowers in a tin can
- Cabinet with drawers
- reshaped Hotel Side Table
- Stove with different pots (no furniture markers; I use for container object)
- Cigar and ash
No Havok:
Ceiling Light Fixture (only item with non-vanilla texture provided in download)
Clutter:
I've added clutter versions of the items listed above where it makes sense (no clutter version of the stove, clutter version of Buttercup, etc)
