Adds a raider companion named Knee-Capper to Jean Sky Diving just outside Goodsprings. He follows you around and hits things with a bat. What else could you want? Fully voice acted and lip synced.

Also adds a perk when you recruit him, details are in the image.

You need to pass a small Speech check to be able to recruit him.
