Adds two variants of Dr. Hannibal Lecter's Eyes, one which is more realistic and the other which is more colorful.

Install:
There are two files you can download, one for VANILLA and one for Fallout Character Overhaul. Don't download both.

Install manually or with any Mod Manager.


Big fan of the Hannibal franchise so wanted this in Fallout since you can be a cannibal! Also, would've been awesome if they did a referance to Hannibal.
