Changes the descriptions of all vanilla New Vegas perks to some more wacky variants.

Everyone loves the Wild Wasteland perk. But the perks you can choose when leveling up are nowhere near as funny as you'd expect when picking that perk. Well, bore no more, because now ALL perks and traits in the vanilla base game have different descriptions!
(Please note that due to dialogue perk checks, picking this .esp will change all perk descriptions whether you have the Wild Wasteland perk or not, you are warned.)
Pick the Vanilla version if you don't have all the DLC's of Fallout: New Vegas. Pick the GOTY version if you want the base game as well as all DLC's to be affected. Pick nothing if you're just boring.
