Adds a nice cozy home in Spring MT for pre-war tech collectors.

Hello! So I know what your thinking? Why am I not making a crappy quest? I wanted to make a house for once. Anyway I don't want to take to much of your time up so I will just list everything about the mod right below this.
This mod includes-
A nice cozy lodge with a lake.
A bunch of pre-war and DLC mementos.
An entire lodge to store items.
The lodge is idea for followers as there are many places for them to rest.
A crashed rocket in your lake! Because why not?
A deathclaw guard named "Old Man Jenkins" who will kill any boogy men who get to close.
A farm where you can keep a brahmin as a slave.
Two new weapons- #1 A shotgun that uses three shells but fires at least 33 pellets...good luck dogging that. #2- A assault rifle from Fallout 3.
An entire collection of Nuka Cola.
I know some followers might not fit in the lodge like Behemoths, so I put a tent outside for those free-loaders!
A nice sword inside one of your storage chests.
A passage that can lead you to Zion, Freeside, and Westside.
A player cave that has a bunch of shelfs for you to store mementos, plus three terminals about animals!
Two terminals in the lodge, one is a video game and the other was left by some crazy lady screaming about research. I shot her right in the face.
A parking lot has been revamped and cleaned so you can put your cars there. Or with enough skill a vertibird.
A fire place!
A note quest that will take you four feet away from the lodge...no really its only four feet away.
And my all time favorite part of the mod...BOOP! Boop is a talking, smart, funny bighorner who you can talk to. He will tell you what is on his mind, comment on the factions in vegas, tell jokes, slit your throat in your sleep...wait, ignore that last one. You can feed and water Boop and he is just adorable.

Q, does this mod conflict with any other mods?
A, not that I know of, World Of Pain goes along nicely with this mod.
Q, Why a bighorner?
A, I love how cute those calfs are!

Known bugs-
I don't know if it is a bug in all games but Ricky will run through the front door, tell you to F$$$ off then run off into the night. I have no idea why.
The house is very detailed, it took two days to make the house in fact...mostly due to the fact i'm lazy.
I only have one more thing to say...don't feed Boop after midnight. It brings bad luck. Like the worst luck...me uploading another mod!
