What's been added?
- EMP Missiles - a little rarer than the HE and HV varieties, 400ish damage to robots, 125ish damage to power armored foes. Not craftable.
- EMP Rockets - Craftable with Mad Bomber Perk, available from the Gun Runners as well as the LR Commissary Terminal. 200ish dmg/robots, 100dmg/PA.
EVE and Non-EVE versions provided, OWB, LR, & GRA required.
