Hey guys, this is my first house mod. It's located in Goodsprings (yea yea, I know, there are already a lot of house mods that add houses there) 

But yea, it's a copy of Doc Mitch's house, with things taken out and added in, so there may be clipping issues and wonky stuff going on, I have no idea. Also I have no idea if the beds will give you a well rested bonus, the ones where the patient bed used to be are for your peeps to sleep on, the one in the bedroom is player owned. There is a Nuka-cola machine where the Viger tester machine used to be, and it's player owned too. Please let me know what you think and if there are any bugs/improvements that can be made.  

But yep, first house mod with no idea what I was doing in the geck. Enjoy!
