A series of tweaks from my own personal game meant as a companion piece to the 50 foot Woman Perk for FO3 (and NV) http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/10632/?.
These changes require only Fallout NV and dont require either the 5O foot woman for FO3, NV, or TTW but are intended to compliment them.
These tweak require all DLC
In default NV rad absorption is a calculation of time over 20, this means when leaving a riadiation zone you will loose 1 rad roughly every second, since i want to reduce radiation over time but need it to linger for the 50 foot woman to be viable i adjusted this to over 60 making it 3 times slower but still noticeable taking about a minute her point.
To balance this out i added some very mild secondary effects the perks adds a mild 1 HP regen, and adds 1 point to DR and DT, for a logic to this i like to think of it as metabolizing (absorbing) radiation to make your body a bit tougher.
