My friend wanted his character to be a companion and I wanted to learn the GECK, So Warren was born.

Warren lives in the Novac player home and has a really simple hire quest.

Warren is an NCR ranger who retired shortly after the First Battle of Hoover Dam. After wandering the wasteland he met a troubled & distant 1st Recon by the name of Boone. After some time traveling together, Warren helped Boone see that holding on to the past was a waste of time. That he should try to keep this from happening to anyone else. Some time later, when word spread that slavers were moving a larger group of people to Cottonwood Cove, he knew what they had to do. Shortly after freeing the slaves, a group of Legion troops showed up. Knowing that they could not fight them all, Boone gave Warren his beret and told him to make sure he doesn't die for nothing.

Upon returning to Novac Warren took Boone's place watching over Novac at night.

I will try to flesh him out more maybe a bigger quest after he joins you but for now I thought I'd let you have him.
