Corrects, what is, in my opinion, a major story flaw.

This is a simple mod to address a simple problem. About mid-way through Lonesome Road, you're forced to fire a nuclear missile for story progression. Since this is so built into the DLC's story-line, there was no realistic way for me to disable it. Rather, I have adjusted a few messages and activators to suggest that the silo's door control is just that, and it had been... tampered with. If you RP a character that doesn't launch ICBMs for giggles, then this should create a plausible explanation for this particular chain of events.
