This is a remake of tdx73's "Wasteland Loader Shack" mod, which is by far my favorite home mod for New Vegas. You can find the original here:

This is a much smaller version, made for personal use, but people have asked me to upload it. There's no auto-sorting, no trailer for companions, no sewer connection to the 188, no extra weapons, and less new meshes/textures. The original mod also touched cells not related to the mod and new objects that were unused, this only adds one cell and nothing else.

It's been rearranged to my personal taste, and features more storage than the original. You can change your hairstyle using the mirror and sleep using either of the two pillows in the cabin. The pillows are activators, so AI won't lay down on them, but you still get the well-rested bonus from using them. There's also a workbench/reloading press and plenty of storage for however you sort things.

The interior and exterior around the cabin are fully navmeshed, and include a map marker.

Requires all DLC, since it was made as a personal mod I wasn't too worried about compatibility, but most people have all the DLC now anyway.
