A new world space placed in the North Vegas Square, A store owned by a traveler from the Eastern side of the US, he is a fully voiced and working merchant NPC. Evert has a short set of dialogue and a fully explore-able shop. This will be my first part of a series of mods aiming to revamp this small almost forgotten area of the wastes, just outside and disconnected from The Strip and Freeside, I felt the need to give it a reason to be traveled to. This stemmed from the lack of "specialized" shops in the wastes, especially with the inhabitants trying to survive, why not have a store devoted to it?! Also includes a bar and three other vendors, plus a community garden to add the idea of people living in North Vegas.

No known issues, seeing as this area has no published mods editing the area.
