This Mod makes it so that Elijah messed up, and gave you an defective collar that WILL NOT set off!

What this mod does:

Adjusts the collar to never go off, beeping does go off but it will never explode.
Also, the beeping message are replaced by hilarious defective collar messages.
The Toxic Cloud is divided by 80 instead of 40 into the player's health, and the timer is adjusted to be more fair to players trying to escape the Toxic Cloud's area of effect.


Free Roam With Toxic Cloud Removal (New!)
This will remove all traces, scripts, and effects of the toxic cloud; without hurting any progression, or gameplay with the DLC.
PLEASE, do not use both mods, just use this one if you want the toxic cloud removed, or the first one if you wish to have free roaming, but have a sense of legitimate gameplay without removing too much.

Dead Money Easy Mode (New!)
Collar Time has been doubled!
Toxic Cloud Damage has been cut in half, but will double in damage the longer you stay in there!
