CUSTOM ROBOT FOLLOWERS

Aims to bring you some notable robots from Sci-fi to the Mojave for you to have as companions.

R2D2 - Requires Lonesome Road

Versions: "Wasteland grot bag version", "Clean version"
R2D2's crash site can be found just south of Primm in the desert area near the race track, and he is willing to follow you straight away. R2 doesn't know how to fight melee (there's no animation files for it), setting him to melee may make him stand there like a dummy in fights.

Update:

V1.4 Alteration in attack animation files for better movement. JIP Companions avatar picture included.

V1.3 Removed No Low Level Processing that shouldn't have been.

V1.2 Added R2 to the DontTazeMeBro faction (I forgot this earlier) so he won't have issues in Vegas.

V1.1 Script fixes and also fixes to the companion wheel for R2 made by SureDude, R2 should now behave properly with the companion wheel. Minor change to his behaviour, when you dismiss him (why?) he will remain in the location you leave him and not return to the crash site. Re-sized R2 to 0.85 and increased his speed to 140, he still lags behind a little but would look ridiculous going any faster. Clean version now also available, and an esp containing this update for previous installations, when updating with NMM let it overwrite the original esp.

V.I.N.C.E.N.T. - "Wasteland grot bag version","Clean version"

Can be found north of Nellis array near some weird blackhole looking thing. He is voiced in that slightly annoying cheesy style from the movie so you have been warned.

Update:

V1.5 Added animated glowing screen thanks to AmaccurzerO

V1.4 Alteration in attack animation files for better movement. JIP Companions avatar picture included.

V1.1 Removed No Low Level Processing that shouldn't have been.

K9 - "Wasteland grot bag version", and "Clean version"

K9 can be found at Novac in his own Wasteland kennel. Issues there is a bug when applying model tilt to him, maybe something not completely compatible with his actor bounds so I have not included it. This means that K9 will not track the slope of the terrain as he moves, it was either this or some freaky behaviour where he would spin around chasing his own tail for no good reason.

Update:

V1.4 Alteration in attack animation files for better movement. JIP Companions avatar picture included.

V1.1 Removed No Low Level Processing that shouldn't have been.

Oblivion Drone: "Clean version", "Wasteland grot bag version"

The Drone "101" can be found under the Repcon head quaters by taking the elevator (see screen shot), you will find minor Repcon defenses and 101 willing to follow you (just to get out of the place). He is smaller than the movie version (because they are too big), built for killing he is boss when it comes to battles. 101 was not intended to be released as a follower originally but is now due to requests. People who have downloaded the resource mod of the Oblivion Drone there are minor changes in the movement animation files, if you leave them in as loose files they will dominate the later versions in the BSA and 101 will then only move like a wet Sunday.

Update:

V1.4 Alteration in attack animation files for better movement. Added Bip01 Head bone to fix 3rd person dialogue issue. JIP Companions avatar picture included. Wasteland grot bag version now included.

V1.1 Removed No Low Level Processing that shouldn't have been.
