NOTE - This is my first mod, so play nice please.

DESCRIPTION - This mod adds a small bunker just behind the prospector saloon to be used as a player home. I have put some weapons and their modifications in as well as named storage containers for all your storage needs. there is also an ammo box with some ammo in it, a medical supplies box and a spare parts box all containing useful items that should re-spawn. there is a companion room with three beds and a lounge are on the other side, and i have tried to decorate the bunker as best i could without going over the top or leaving it to barren. about a days worth of my free time went into making this, and i have play tested it several times and it works fine.

I'm open to constructive criticism and bug reports, but if you're just here to tell me how bad I've done then kindly don't.

INSTALLATION - Either use your preferred mod manager (it really doesn't matter which one) or do it manually, it's just an esp file so drop it in your data folder.
TO UN-INSTALL - Delete the esp or deactivate on mod manager.
