Removes healing from Nuka Colas when using Project Nevada's 'no food healing' option. Colas also hydrate instead of dehydrating.

This mod has a few fixes for Nuka Colas when using Project Nevada...
*Rum and Nuka is not affected by this mod. it is a mixed alcoholic cocktail, so I assume it isn't sealed and will dehydrate you like other alcoholic beverages in the game.
Requirements
This mod REQUIRES 'Project Nevada CORE.esm' and 'Project Nevada - Balance.esp'
- Colas will no longer heal when using Project Nevada's 'no food healing' option
- Colas now have the 'Sealed' attribute*
- Colas will hydrate the player instead of dehydrating*
- Quartz and Victory will now give a bottle cap when consumed
- Quartz, Victory and Quantum now have the correct pick up, put down and consume sound effects.
