A shack-like home in the water tower at the Goodsprings Cemetery with a little extra on the top, no charge.

Water Tower Home -V3.55
It comes complete with:
- A Bed
- Nuka-Cola Fridge
- Storage Trunks
- Dresser
- Mirror Scripted to Change Hairstyle
- Reloading Bench
- Workbench
- Sniper's Perch
- Sniper's Hide
- And decorative items
This is a basic player home in the Goodsprings Cemetery, nothing too special. I understand that there are other mods based in the same place, but this is mine from scratch, to my exact liking.This is a shack-like home for those who want a more fitting home in a post-apocalyptic world.
The majority of the exterior is NavMeshed, as well as the interior being fully meshed so you can bring companions along.

ChangeLog/Fixes:
V3.55
-Added mesh folder which I had forgotten to add, which was the reason
the mirror was showing as an error for all of you who downloaded it.
V3.5
- Fixed the mirror, now activates the barber menu
- In order to fix the mirror I had to switch around the interior a bit
V3.4
- Added some fortifications and a sniper's hide on the roof
- NavMeshed 100% on the interior
- NavMeshed most of the exterior, for it wouldn't allow me to mesh all areas for some reason

- Added mirror in an attempt to script a barber menu, Mirror doesn't work quite yet
V3.2
- Changed hatch to ladder so you can actually get back down to the ground
- Fixed roof ladder so you can make your way to the 2nd level
