Makes the originally blocked off gas station in Novac a new player home. Inside includes

• A hidden stash behind a poster to put your personal belongings
• A hatch to a basement with a small back story
• A prisoner that originally tried to rob you, now in your own jail (No dialogue written yet)
• A good place to keep your companions (if you have a mod to set their home)
  

I will most likely continue updating this mod as long as I see something I could add. 
It might also be worth mentioning that my pc sucks so that's the reason the pictures aren't as "high res" as i'd like them.
