This mod goes through the player's inventory every 30 seconds and removes any NPC ownership from all items. This means that they are no longer considered stolen - they can be sold to anyone and they do not have the red text when dropped.  

I got the idea to this when I read the comment thread on Massive Object Ownership Revamp by GodofWolves, and I recommend that you track that mod for a more comprehensive ownership overhaul.

Unzip the archive to your Data folder.

+++ Uninstall +++
1. Make a save.
2. Remove the NowItsMine.esp from your data folder.
