Adds a new location and player house north of Goodsprings. You will have to discover it by your own: simply follow the road north, turn left shortly after the gas station, then proceed north.

Find out what is this place and enjoy some  rest from the dangers of the wasteland.

Version 2.02
-Player house with buyable upgrades (Infirmary, Lab, Beds, Target range,  Nuka & SS machines, Hotplate, Terminal
-The house gets a clean water supply after you finish the mini-quest, and a water bottler becomes availible for purchase.
-"My First Terminal" lets you change beds if you have bought a new one or if you buy both beds at the same time.
