Fix and changes for the Ranger Armor Riot Gear And Desert ranger Armor.
- Permissions and credits
Tweaked the armors to work for Light Touch perk and such.
Armor weight has been lowered by 10 on every chest piece and DT by 5.
Armors also have been fix so that guns do not clip into the back of the armor.
The Desert Ranger armor has the same traits as Gecko-backed leather armor Fire Poison And Rad resistance +15
Requires Lonesome Road And Honest Heart (files are separate, so they can be used separately)
