This mod is for TTW players. It's a nice little player home near Springvale. The house is one of the old destroyed houses, but renovated by an old cowboy named Collin. The house has a bed, a fridge, and two other storage containers that are safe to leave your stuff in. There's also a campfire outside the house as well as a terminal telling Collin's story after he moved into the house. There's also two new weapons. There's Collin's Revolver which is a .357 that does slightly more damage and Collin's Sturdy Shotgun which is a Hunting Shotgun with 50% more health and one extra round in the mag. It's intended as an early level home for TTW players who want a more survivalist homestead.
