Enter the strip to find the world changed, like, in the ever so slightest bit! Upon entering the New Vegas strip for the first time from installing this mod, you will here noises, yes noises. Shooting noises. Some would even say, a "Strip Killer Shoty" noise.
By The Top Casino, a man will be there. Not just any man, but a deadly man. He will begin opening fire on everyone. EVERYONE. Securitrons will fall, innocents will fall, even some important quest characters will fall, but you, you will not. You will end this.
Jiggle J. Dong is strong. But you are stronger. His shotgun is OP, but you are OP. Finish him!

TO DOWNLOAD EXTRACT INTO DATA FOLDER THEN ACTIVATE IN FALLOUT LAUNCH MENU (if that doesn't work let me know!)
Jiggle J. Dong is located outside the Tops Casino and will respawn and I highly recommend you don't use this mod in an actual legit for real working for achievements play through, unless you are the honey badger and don't give a sh%t!
Additional Important Mod Information

When you enter the strip, you will be considered an enemy, for what ever reason, along with Jiggle J. Dong. The main weapon model was made by me from NifScope, basically a slighlty modified hunting shotgun. I will make more mods if people enjoy these!
