This mod adds an NPC with limited dialogue outside of the Doc's house in Goodsprings. He will instantly follow the player upon leaving the Doc's house.

THIS IS MY FIRST EVER MOD! SOME THINGS MAY GO WRONG! IF CAPTAIN SULLY IS KILLED HE WILL NO LONGER FOLLOW THE PLAYER UPON RELOADING THE SAVE!
