Then this is your mod. Its lore friendly. This is a WIP so i am looking for suggestions

The house was built by the Steel INC Corporation 30 years before the war and was bought by the son of Giles Wolstencroft the Assistant chief executive officer. John was paranoid most of his life after moving to the Mojave he decided to secured his house with more muscle. With the help of his dad and some spare parts from the construction of some of the nearby vaults. The house is fitted with blasted proof doors both inside and out, Solar Panels, A Lighting Conductor, Basic Cooking And Storage. A Safe with a weapon and various items are in the bed room. Although the house was ready for the war to be John choked on some fancy lads snack cakes at work and dead.
