There is a Legion sleeper agent gathering information on NCR movements in the Mojave. Considered armed and dangerous. Apparently the shades he wears identify him as a friend to the Legion...
Ranger Jackson has begun sending notes to all NCR camps in the Mojave, though only Camp Forlorn Hope has received it.

This mod adds a mini quest of sorts to locate a Legion sleeper agent who wears a very distinct pair of shades... Maybe the courier can use it to their advantage... Careful though, some who see you wearing those shades may believe that you are a member of the Legion!
You will find a note in Camp Forlorn Hope identifying a Legion sleeper agent who has been gathering intelligence on NCR movements within the Mojave. Details on his possible location will be outlined in the note.
