Play as legate lanius, run as fast as him , be as tall as him (requires loading autosave before you go to vigor tester)

Comes with his full gear, legate's helmet, armor and sword which can be seen on the floor near the bed you get up from in doc mitchell's house.

Includes voice files for power attacks, legate saying some of his in combat quotes, or just the ordinary sounds someone using a lot of energy would make when they do a power attack, etc.

Instructions: Place the player voice male file in Data/Sound/Voice/FalloutNV.esm

Legate Preset ESP goes in data folder (obviously)
