Adds in a small store near the Tops that will buy all your gold from the Sierra Madre DLC!

-Description-
This mod adds in a small shop to the right of the Tops Casino that has enough caps to purchase anything
you have to sell, including all those gold bars you stole from the Sierra Madre! It also adds in a fast travel
marker to speed up your visit.
-Updates-
V2- I reduced the number of caps to 31,900 to avoid the glitch where you don't receive your caps, and I added a Mrs. Gold (a new vendor) so they have a total of 63,800 to pay you. Mrs. Gold doesn't talk right now, so I'll be working on that.
-Installation-
Download and unzip into your data folder
