Basically, it changes the Industrial Hand's sound effect to that of the Ripper, since I love the Hand itself, but the anglegrinder sound effect that it uses even when it's not hitting anything irks me to no end.

So I poked around in the GECK for the first time, and it turns out it's an easy swap. And I figured I'd put it out here because why not.

So yeah. Industrial Hands sound like Rippers now. Enjoy.

Presumably compatible with everything except other things that fiddle with the Hand, and requires Lonesome Road.
