This is the new Vegas version of my universal key mod that places a key in the highway patrol building that will allow you to lock or unlock any door or container that you have the skill to pick.

The mesh file used is the key01dirty.nif exported from the bsa and edited to work for the weapon item that activates the perk used to do the locking or unlocking of the containers/doors when equipped.
