A simple mod that allows you to craft bobbypin at any work bench.   I found it a pain to always being on the edge of not have Bobby pins at the Start of the play through.  So I made them craftable  at the work bench.   You get 25 bobby pins from 1 scrap metal Only requirement is a repair of 5.
