This is half of my mod from fallout 3 i say half because the NV GECK dont have half the stuff i used for this bunker i made for FO3
its a small bunker just up from the 188 its fully navmeshed for followers with a few idel markers for them to relax with 
has a workbench and a reload bench not much clutter and safe containers for yr gear  

NO DLC's NO mods needed all vanilla meshes and textures 

V2 will have working on/off lights and maybe a working shower
