This is a patch to make NVEC Complete + NVCE alot more lore friendly. The original mod is great and all and should be endorsed if you like it. But that said there is somethings that sort of breaks the immersion quite a bit. The table of contents outside Doc´s house with all the activators is I am  afried one of them. And why anyone has not spoken up about this is mind boggeling for me.
So I made this patch for lore to rectify this.
what this patch does is removing the activators and the table from Doc Mitchells House.
load order?
under every other NVEC related esp I think it´s best choice.

Has to be added before starting a new game.

Have not find a way to remove the activators when has been active before adding this mod.
But will perhaps find a way around it if I find the way to do it.

As of version 1.5 the main file will also contains non respawnable Supermutant Behemoth.
Reason for this is Two.
One: If the Behemoth around Novac really was canon and lore friendly the town of NOVAC would not exist, it would be totally abandon and if someone still was around in NOVAC that person would most likely mentioned the Behemoth.
Two: Is more of a performance issue sinse I noticed a FPS drop when the Behemoth is around.

I will release two versions of this patch.
One containing Behemoths without respawn, the second will have them totally removed from the game.


Attension.

The NVEC Team and I are not longer on speaking ground. Reason is that we had an dispute conserning the nature of thier not yet updated version 3.5. I thought that it has been taken to much and to long time sinse the last update was issued. I was given the advice of less content between the updates but with much closer intervals for each and everyone of them. I also pointed out in a comment my thoughts of an eventual "jumping ship" and refocus on the upcomming Fallout 4. That comment was removed as well as my blockout from thier mod.

My views on mods is that they are art, and art in any form both get highly praised, but also deeply subjection of critc. The planned update has been on the update horizon for quite some time now. People are going to wonder when the "painting" is finished so to speak.

I think it is a sad and immature way of handling the dispute upon.

I still think the mod NVEC + NVEC is an undertaken marvel. But it has enter an severly under updated state. For that reason I cannot as highly as I did before recommend it as I did.
