This is a resource, you may use it however you want.

These are cards that you can throw like a weapon, they will stick into almost any surface including enemies. They are weaker then Throwing
Knives, but have the razor blades random effect (one nasty papercut).

I tried fiddling with the scripts to add them to a vendors yadda yadda, my head hurts and its not happening. There is a pic with the item # and Ive added some to TestMentats.
