About this mod
I added Leather Combat Armor to the game. It changes the under armor of the combat armor torso to be red leather, and the pants to be denim like jeans. They also come with some effects and modifications that are very helpful to players. Check it out.

You can find 4 of them in the Searchlight Fire Station on top of a truck all lined up in a row behind the radiation bomb on the truck.
