Danny's Army Surplus

Danny's Army Surplus is a small store from before the bombs fell and it was never looted due to the fact that Danny loved to lock up everything. Plus Danny never left. He stayed after the bombs fell and defended his store for many years after. The store is locked up and the key is inside so give the store a good look and find your way in. Danny had a few bad habits that may benefit you. Habits like tax evasion, drug use, illegal weapons, and hording. Danny also had a real nack for hiding things. But be careful when you meet Danny, he's not quite his self these days.

I played my mod many times to try to workout and fix any bugs or mistakes. If you enjoy my mod and want to use it in your mod, alter it, modify, pick it apart, or make it your own then go right ahead and enjoy yourself. No need to ask for permission or give credit. Its just a game so have fun.

To access the building: 2nd floor patio.

The master key is located on the desk in the managers office and easy to spot.

Password for the desk terminal: Its a holodisk, search the books.

Danny's Army Surplus  "UPGRADED"

Exterior changes:

I extended the back of the first floor to accommodate the addition of the stock room. On top of the new edition is a back patio with small targets ported from fallout 3 and their script adjusted to give 2xp every time they are shot. I changed the size of the roof access ladder so it can only be accessed from the back patio and not the ground. The back patio is set up and cluttered to represent Danny's boredom after the bombs fell. I added a small watch area with a ham radio and sat dish to the north west corner of the roof to show that Danny would have watched for and try to make contact with other survivors after emerging from his fallout shelter. Moved the dumpsters from the back of the building to the south side of the building and added some crafting items and clutter to the center dumpster. The front door no longer uses the master key. It has its own key that must be found to access the building. There is a note by the front door on some barrels that will tell where to find the key.The note also points out Danny's friend he met after the bombs fell and hints to a small rated future mod. 


Interior Changes:

Changes to the main sales floor include swapping all previous armors to low grade bad health armors and outfits. All static weapons are now retrievable but with very low health. Removed some extra bed roll kits and replaced them with very low health bb guns and nail guns with corresponding ammo. Added the stock room door to south east corner of sales floor. Changes to managers office was added a hidden floor hatch to access Danny's fallout shelter. Changes to the 2nd floor was added a door to the north east corner for access to the back patio and a hidden wall terminal to control the floor for the access hatch in the managers office.  Added Main power switch in the customer bathroom (with danny). Main power switch will not work until the generator is turned on. Moved Danny's stash key to Danny's inventory. Danny's terminal in managers office can not be used until main power is turned on. Added stock room with weapons vault to main interior cell. The vault terminal will not work till main power is turned on. Stock room has multiple gun cabinets and ammo containers with locks of variable difficulties, multiple supply crates, fully stocked shelves of armor, a repair area, and a weapons vault with much more serious weapons and ammo. 


New Cell:

Danny's Fallout Shelter Witch is divided into three sections.
1) Main hall and generator room.
2) Living area.
3) MSG area (Maintenance/Storage/Garden area).
The Living area and MSG area can not be accessed until the generator is turned on. Main hall and generator room item of interest "power transformers". Living area items of interest "crafting oven,and Auto Doc". MSG area items of interest "Reloading Bench,Work Bench, and Sprinkler Valve". 


Danny's Special Items:

1) Danny's old world duster
2) Danny's Combat Armor
3) Danny's Combat Helmet
4) Danny's rifle "Old Betsy"
5) Danny's BB gun "Greased Lightning"
6) Danny's Combat Knife 


Special Additions:

1) Power armor training terminal (gives power armor training)
2) Expert Scavenger Perk (makes most goods and containers glow green when zoomed in)
3) Dead Eye Perk (makes enemies glow red when zoomed in)
4) Tin cans to BBs recipe (5 tin cans = 100 BBs at reloading bench) 


Additional Info:

All locks and terminals have corresponding keys and/or passwords except the weapons vault terminal. Some are easy to find and some are
not.
