This mod was requested bytawatabak and was a great idea
Allow you to end ghost town gunfight with a peaceful solution just do the quest as normal listen to trudy and joe fight ask trudy were ringo is then tell ringo you can help but now it will say talk to sunny smiles about fighting the gangers or talk to joe cobb if you follow the 2nd quest marker it will lead to joe who will have a new dialog option of helping the town instead with a speech check he will move the powder ganger in and set up some shacks and tents
and you will get rewarded with a speech bonus called town negotiator

Also I have tested the quest about 4 times on 4 different saves no bugs Found but just leave a post if you find one
