Descriptions -

Hello, this is NPC overhauls modifying many aspects related to NPCS in the game. I wanted to see more DLC items integrated in the game so i did it in a semi-lore friendly way imo. More specifically, npc leveled items such as armor and weapons, factions, Npc appearances and npc stats. This mod doesn't add npcs, only replaces and edits them. You will see high level weapons from the start but people who have them are usually stronger then normal. I made most npcs who have a card and npcs in "All Roads" comic replace existing with weapons, armor and appearance. This does make the game harder but it will be easier to get higher level equipment. This will make the game harder, so be careful and get levels befoer you go fighting bosses. Most of them are at a fixed high level so dont go picking fights til your set. GOOD LUCK!

The * sign means this is a new addition to the latest version.
Sorry this new version came out so early compared to the last, but it was a small update thus upgrading to 1.3a-b rather then to 1.4

NCR-

*NCR troopers carry tactical type weapons from 10mm pistols to assault rifles, including soldiers in primm and forlorn hope
Carry combat knives and police batons
1st recon levels have increased to minimum of 10, and carry 1st recon survival armor or assault armor rather then standard NCR gear
NCR officers will have mantle armor, berets, and better weapons then most others also will be boosted minimum of level 10
NCR Rangers will carry more cowboy hats and shoot revolvers, semi auto rifles, bolt actions, shotguns, etc. Lower leveled rangers were boosted up to minimum of 10
NCR Patrol rangers will have park ranger hat and standard patrol hat along with the same added weapons as civilian rangers
NCR Veteran Rangers will carry lots of powerful high-grade weapons and all levels of riot gear too
Ambassador Crocker now resembles his card
Mary Pappas now resembles her card
Hostile to Indoor power gangers
Sgt. Kilborn's face is slightly changed
NCR Officers receive new various armor
Snipers carry flares
1st recon troopers will but rarely appear in wasteland

Legion officers appear in field and fort
Aurelius of phoenix resembles his card resemble his card
Some legionaries recruits appearances were changed to have Dead horse, Sorrow and Whiteleg to add variety and show legion's conquered tribes
Legate Lanius is marked men race to show torn face, retains his facial hair and level 50
Legion recruits received new weapons
Legion veterans received new weapons
Legion is hostile to kings, dead horses, and sorrows
Vulpes Inculta received stat boost and longer white hair to resemble his card
Gaius Magnus has legate helm rather then centurion
Allied with White Legs
Otho was made "tougher" looking

Most Great Khan males have soldier outfits with gloves
Most Khans have headgear like headwraps, spike helmets and bandanas

McMurphy has new hairstyle to resemble All Roads
Various Khans appearances were made to resemble All Roads
Great Khan Warriors replace some standard khans and carry soldier armor, facemask and spike helmet
All Great Khan khans receive level buff to minimum 10
Khans will carry new various equipment both ranged and melee
Khans is hostile to chairmen and Benny
Papa Khan has unique weapon and headgear
Oscar Velasco has slight level boost and sniper rifle rather then grenade rifle
Jerry is more "punk" looking

Boomers-
Boomers now carry various vault style uniforms and new security helmet along with default headgear
Pearl receives buff and new unique weapon

Some fiend leaders received boost and various new headgear to show variety
Motor Runner has buff and new unique weapon

Power Gangers-
Some named powder gangers were buffed through items, stats and levels.
Inside Powder Gangers now hostile to ALL NCR
Female Powder Gangers added
Powder Gangers with makeshift style, NCR and wide variety of weapons
Eddie has new outfit and unique weapon

Gomorrah Casino-

Omerta thugs will carry gang related equipment mob/casino style gang equipment
Big Sal is now taller buffed and and carries unique

Tops Casino-
Chairmen are hostile to Great Khans
Chairmen outfits will be black suits (requires prewar suit fix or it will still be white)
Chairmen will carry gang related equipment mob/casino style gang equipment
Swank has small height increase, slight face change and gang-style weapons

Gun Runners-
Gun runner guards and gunsmiths carry various combat armors
Gun runner gunsmiths have large stat boost increase and mark 2 combat gear
Gun runner guards and gunsmiths carry GRA weapons some have GRA ammo
Alexander has combat mark 2 armor with GRA assault rifle
Isaac has combat mark 2 armor with GRA plasma pistol

Brotherhood of Steel-

More energy, plasma type weapons added to weapons for paladins including Lonesome Road ones
Paladins/knights carry t-45, t-51 and recon armor
*Scribes have science and proton will have protons weapons
McNamara buffed and carries unique weapon

Kings-

The King has small stat and level boost
Kings are hostile toward Legion
King buffed and has new unique weapon

New guardians receive metal light-reinforced
Some Guards will be NCR Personal

*ADVENTURES!

Description- Adventures are a new thing i am putting in my mod. These will mostly introduce new uniques unlike any other in the game. I'm currently working on more. I will not give specific locations to these weapons, but hints to the area not to difficult but may take some thinking. I will provide the descriptions below with each title. I will put descriptions for upcoming adventures up also. These are powerful weapons, you will have to work to get them. The wielders will be difficult to kill, so come prepared, the weapons will come with a balance though, so be careful when using them.

Adventures-

*The Gun Runner's Experiment
Everyone knows the Gun Runners mostly keep to themselves, no one gets to enter their HQ but few guards, gunsmiths and some NCR Military merchants. But, someone has claimed to have seen a weapon capable of leaving destruction in its path. But easily can be concealed in casinos. Its even considered dangerous to the wielder. All who've tried to find the weapon have been mutilated, smashed, perforated or turned into goo.

The Mourning Khan
When Chance died after battling fiends at the tribal village, his brother Stratos got pissed at the Khans. They never told him about Chance's mission so Stratos left Red Rock drugged on what he could to help him forget, he had no family left. With nothing to live for, he visited the 188 trading outpost searching for a caravan guard contract. His contractor told him of the blue star caps and gave him 5 to start his adventure, overcome with greed he killed the merchant and the other guards, gathering the rest of his camps. Stratos decided, he'd let everyone else get the camps for him, so he lies in wait for the next prospector with rattling pockets, somewhere those prospectors would go when they had a lot of blue star caps.

The Crazed Ghoul
Before the Great War, a man named Grayson worked at a local pool as a lifeguard. When the bombs went off he was launched and landed into the water. The heat boiling his skin and radiation burning it, after being unconscious for an unknown time he set off away from the water as far as possible. After seeing a mirror and his face, he picked up a mask and wore it running to the desert away from the water. Finally he made his way to Nipton and headed northwest he resides in a house in view of a graveyard.

A Sad Return
A Special Forces NCR Trooper's tour just ended, it was his time to return home. He was a distinguished sergeant receiving 13 different metals. But upon coming home, the place was destroyed. Dead everywhere, blood on the floor. Before his tour he told his family to go to the fallen satellite if something were ever to go on. He waits for his family to this day, preparing to ambush anyone else.

Col. Autumn receives buff

Chinese Remnants-
Chinese soldiers have various headgear
Officers have been made to Crimson Dragoons
Sergeants spawn with officer swords and higher tier weapons
Captain has better gear and weapons
Soldiers spawn with combat knifes and militaristic primary weapons
All members receive buff

Raider weapons have huge variety
John Bear has Yaou Guai guantlet rather then deathclaw

Machete gets machete for weapon
Mechanist and AntAgonizer carry their own weapon allowing you to receive both rewards no matter what side you choose

No problems thus far except for Cpl. Betsy Assault gear being a male mesh
